MIC/ B Shots: biweekly or monthly injection of natural vitamins that help aid with the body’s natural mechanisms of metabolism with Methionine 25 mg, Inositol 50 mg, Choline Chloride 50 mg (MIC) and B-Vitamins – B5, B6 and B12. These vitamins aid with suppressing appetite naturally & not aggressively.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide: once weekly injection, must have a provider consult to discuss weight loss goals and BMI requirements for prescription. Must have a consult to discuss health history, current medications, and recent blood work within 3 months.
Not all patients are deemed eligible for the medication if health history contraindicates the medication.

Tirzepatide Weight Loss Injections
Dosing 2.5 mg – and maximum dosing is 15 mg subcutaneous once weekly self injection. This is a once weekly self-injection, you will receive a month supply at a time.
Tirzepatide is similar to Semaglutide but is known for having a dual GLP-1 RA and GIP, which are two hormones that aid in weight loss and breaking through insulin resistance.
While on the medication, expected weight loss is 1-3 lbs a week
Studies show Tirzepatide is clinically more effective for weight loss

Most common side effects are GI upset. Most common side effect is nausea which is reported in roughly 40% of patients on Semaglutide. However, there was reported ~20% nausea rates with Tirzepatide.
→ If you experience nausea, you will be prescribed Zofran to subside nausea.
→ If you experience constipation, you are advised to increase fiber, hydration and recommend OTC medications such as Colace, Senna, or Miralax for stool softening.
→ If you experience diarrhea, you are advised to increase hydration to prevent dehydration and take Imodium, if you become severely dehydrated we will recommend an IV. -
Yes, it is required to review recent blood work prior to starting the medication to ensure your thyroid, kidneys and liver are functioning properly.
